Acts of Mercy

One third of world’s poor live in India. India may have more people with HIV than any other country in the world. 5.7 million people with Aids were living in India in 2005, according to United Nations estimates. In addition the natural disasters like Tsunamis, droughts, hurricanes and floods wreak havoc regularly.
IAM is called to minister to these poor, needy, suffering, underprivileged and the victims of natural disasters through the Acts of Mercy.
IAM has been ministering to 40 families for the last few years by providing food supplies and basic medical needs.
In 2010 IAM built 10 houses for the families who’s houses were completely destroyed by hurricane “Laila”.
In 2009 IAM has distributed food supplies and blankets to 60 families who suffered the worst floods.
