IAM believes in holistic gospel, wherever a IAM church is planted, as the community develops spiritually we also desire to see development in the areas of social, physical and economical etc.
IAM is providing training and resources for the locals to set up their own income generation projects. We have helped individuals by providing the seed money to set up small shop and a mobile egg shop on the bicycle. We have provided the fishing nets to the fisher men. We have also provided motor pumps for the salt harvesters from the sea water.
We are currently training 30 widows who have lost their husbands to HIV/AIDS, in sewing. We will be giving out 10 sewing machines for them to start their own business.
We are looking into various other opportunities to create jobs, provide seed monies, give vocational trainings etc.
